The 37th Annual Historic Races at PIR. This is an incredibly fun-filled weekend. This year, the races will be June 29th and 30th. This is a wonderful opportunity to see some great historic racing (and even wander through the paddock area) as well as show off your Mini. As a car club, we have a special corral for the club’s cars, where we can proudly hang our OMS banner! Collector car admission includes 2-day admission for driver and guest, a corral parking pass (good both days), and the ever-popular lunchtime parade lap around the track both Saturday and Sunday. You can bring additional guests for an insignificant fee. If you are interested in attending, you will need to check the web-site and buy your tickets there, as the pre-purchase deadline is past!
Let’s provide spectators with a really good display of Minis this year. After all, Mini is the featured marque at the Portland All British Field Meet this year! And, as a special treat, Al Unser Jr. Has been named Grand Marshal for the Portland Historic Automobile Races. See you at the Races!!!
